A walk-through consultation is meant for the buyer in today’s hot and competitive real estate market. I will accompany you and your agent to one or more property viewings and I will complete a quick, visual assessment of the home and it’s systems. I’ll share and show my findings with you throughout the viewing.
Although it is not meant to replace a full inspection, the walk-through will help you make better, more-competitive offers with some education about the condition of the property.
A Pre-Listing Inspection is for homeowners who are planning to list their house on the market, but have not yet put it up for sale. Many homeowners choose to get a pre-listing inspection because it will give them insight into their home so that they know what to expect & can make repairs before listing their home.
