My name is Josh Leishman. I have a beautiful family of six that includes my beautiful wife, our three rowdy but outstanding boys and their amazing older sister. We love Montana and the beauty, serenity, and amazing outdoor activities that our state has to offer.
I have over 15 years of inspection and analysis experience traveling across the whole state of Montana, from Billings to Kalispell. I was raised by my parents to have strong work ethics which, along with the InterNACHI Code of Ethics for Home Inspectors, is present and followed for every home inspection I complete.
One of my hobbies is Fly Fishing and Montana is one of the best states to live in as a Fly Fisherman. This is where I got my inspiration for my company name.
In the Fly Fishing community, it’s not uncommon for one fisherman to wish luck to another by saying “Tight Lines and Bent Rods”, meaning they hope your able to catch and hold onto a fish long enough to land it in your net.
For me, a tight line shows dedicated and consistent effort to keep your fish on your line and reel it in. If you let your line go slack with a fish on, you very well might lose your fish. This is why I chose Tightline for my company’s name.
I promise to give this same level of dedication and consistency in my inspections for all my customers. I will be thorough, consistent, and will treat every customer and home with the upmost respect to ensure they are informed and satisfied throughout the entire inspection process.
